Scheduler - Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center - PT Days
P** **OSITION** **S** **UMMARY** **:
Are you a highly organized, people-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our compassionate and dedicated team at our 52-bed memory care assisted living facility, where we specialize in providing exceptional care to residents living with dementia.
We’re currently seeking a Staffing Scheduler to help coordinate and support our care team, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Resident Assistants. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
+ Create and manage staff schedules using UKG and Microsoft Office tools
+ Communicate with staff via phone and Microsoft Teams to fill open shifts
+ Learn the unique staffing needs of our facility and adjust schedules accordingly
+ Collaborate with the LPN Supervisor to ensure coverage and continuity of care
+ Juggle multiple priorities with grace and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma required, two years college preferred
+ Prior scheduling or office experience preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to our facility’s operations
+ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products

Pay range: $17.25-$21.54
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
