    We are seeking a Temporary TA Assistant who is eager to learn and develop their Human Resources career.

     

    Employment Type : Temporary, Full-time hours

     

    Shifts Available: Days

     

    Hours: 8am-4:30pm

     

    Pay Range: $21.00 to $25.00

     

    Location : Onsite - Prime Healthcare, 3480 E Guasti Rd, Ontario, CA 91761

    Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition Assistant

     

    The Talent Acquisition Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition department.

     

    This position will assist with sourcing and screening candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring that all applicants meet minimum qualifications, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role requires an individual who isextremely comfortable making cold calls, as the assistant will be provided with candidate lists to contact directly.

     

    The Talent Acquisition Assistant will collaborate with hiring managers, facility human resources staff, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure that recruitment processes effectively meet the organization’s staffing needs and maintain a positive candidate experience.

    Qualifications

    Education and Work Experience

    Required qualifications:

    1. High school diploma/GED, required.

    2. Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience, required.

    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required.

    4. Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

    Preferred qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field.

    2. Previous experience in health care recruitment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $25.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
