It's a great time to be a part of ZOLL!This can be on-site if you live in MA or remote.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong technical leadership skills and deep full-stack development expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives, while driving engineering best practices, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to strategic technical planning. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Fusion Analytics, and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) is a plus.Essential Functions
+ Lead the design and development of complex, scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
+ Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
+ Partner with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
+ Architect RESTful APIs, services, and data models that support evolving business needs.
+ Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security across the stack.
+ Drive and participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
+ Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
+ Contribute to long-term technology strategy and architectural roadmap.
+ Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
+ Master’s degree in technical field
+ 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a full stack development role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Proven experience leading technical projects or initiatives in production environments.
+ Experience designing or contributing to system architecture and long-term technical strategy.
+ Exposure to event-driven architecture, data streaming tools (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis), and real-time data processing.
+ Experience working in Agile/PLM/Scrum environments, especially at enterprise scale.
The annual salary for this position is 130K to 145K. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
