Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.
Acquired by American Express in 2024, Rooam is a contactless payment platform that integrates directly into existing POS systems without adding extra hardware. Rooam is exploring new opportunities to enhance and expand American Express’ Membership offering
The Integrations Analyst will assist with integrating Merchant’ point of sale systems into American Express platforms. They will identify and resolve technical issues; serving as an internal escalation point to support issues and trouble shooting.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist POS integration
+ Trouble shoot issues and support integration team with internal escalations
+ Project manage new implementation, bug fixes, updates and more
+ Create, update and maintain tickets in CRM systems
+ Document bugs and fixes in JIRA
Role Requirements:
+ 1-2 years experience in Hospitality technology and/or SaaS
+ 1-2 years experience of in-depth point-of-sale knowledge
+ General restaurant operations knowledge.
+ Database knowledge
+ Project management experience.
+ General knowledge of cyber security and handling of personally identifiable information (PII). **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s degree in information technology, Hospitality or related field.
+ 1-2 Years experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
