    JOB SUMMARY

    PIP is growing and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our IT team in Latham, NY. Reporting to the Director of IT, Digital Platforms, you will build and enhance cutting-edge websites and web applications that power our global business. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales, you’ll create fast, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences that make an impact. We’re seeking a hands-on, self-driven developer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about clean code, performance, and innovation.

     

    THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN LATHAM, NY.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Build interactive web applications, APIs and algorithms

    + Write clean and secure code based on product requirements

    + Optimize performance and browser compatibility

    + Ensure technical decisions support our goals of quality, scalability, security and performance

    + Work with a team of developers to meet tight deadlines

    CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    + 5+ years of experience building web applications

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field preferred

    + Solid experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

    + Ability to build scalable, load balanced web applications

    + Experience using third-party testing tools and frameworks and working with version control

    + Highly detail oriented

    + Ability to problem solve complex issues quickly and efficiently

    + Proven ability to lead projects and work within a high-paced, dynamic team
