    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    We're seeking a dedicated **OB Tech** to play a vital role in creating serene and supportive experiences for expectant parents and newborns. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of life's most precious moments.

    You'll be the welcoming face and essential support, performing diverse duties that directly enhance patient care and unit operations:

    + **Welcome & Communicate:** Act as our Family Birthplace's receptionist and communication hub.

    + **Support Care:** Assist professional nurses with delegated tasks, including circumcision support.

    + **Ensure Safety:** Prepare for procedures using sterile technique.

    + **Engage Families:** Offer promotional materials and tours to prospective parents.

    + **Maintain Readiness:** Requisition supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.

    + **Collaborate:** Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

    **Shift:** 6:45am - 7:15pm

    **Schedule:** Sun, Sat

    Job Requirements

    What you bring:

    + **Required:** Current **Oregon CNA license** .

    + **Required:** American Heart Association **BLS for Health Care Providers** within 30 days of hire.

    + **Preferred:**

    + 2+ years as a CNA.

    + Experience as an OB Technician and/or Surgical Technician.

    + Medical terminology knowledge.

    + Outstanding **communication and organizational skills** .

    Pay Range

    $22.51 - $31.79 /hour
