    What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager of Weight and Inspections at XPO

    Minimum qualifications:

    + 4 years of weights and inspection experience

    + Available to travel up to 50% of the time and to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, varying shifts and weekends

    + Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + 4–7 years of experience in freight audit, logistics, or transportation

    + 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

    + Familiarity with dimensioning tools and forklift scale maintenance

    + Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

    + NMFC training preferred

    What you’ll do on a typical day:

    + Lead and develop regional W&I teams to deliver audit accuracy and operational excellence

    + Drive freight classification strategy aligned with revenue goals and NMFC standards

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Compliance to reduce exceptions and improve classification accuracy

    + Own onboarding, training, and performance reporting for W&I staff

    + Ensure tool functionality and certification for dimensioning devices and forklift scales

    + Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
