What you’ll need to succeed as a** **Senior Analyst, Audit and Compliance at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
+ Experience with I-9s
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ 4 year of relevant experience
+ 2 years of experience working with federal requirements and/or regulatory matters; experience working closely with legal, compliance, and audit partners
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
+ Experience in creating or updating work instructions
+ Ability to reliably manage highly confidential information
+ Ability to process information given in an effective and concise manner
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with background checks, drug screens, and applicant tracking system(s)
+ Experience with employment eligibility verification
+ Experience with EEO1s, Canada LEEP and Accessibility Program, California Equal Pay Act, Illinois Equal Pay Reporting, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, Canada Job Vacancy and Wage Survey, and Massachusetts Workforce Data Reporting

What you’ll do on a typical day:
+ Provide employment eligibility verification support from a compliance perspective to the business, including tracking and addressing compliance issues with I-9
+ Develop and/or train I-9 administrators as needed
+ Conduct regular I-9 completion audits
+ Support compliance with U.S., state, and local regulatory filing requirements
+ Research changes in employment and privacy regulations related to background checks, drug screens, I-9, HR compliance, and HR policies to analyze impacts on the organization
+ Maintain and test SOX control narratives, including assisting the director with SOX control evaluations
+ Assist in adjudicating background checks
+ Participate in walkthroughs of business processes and identify risks across HR Operations
+ Collaborate with other functional areas like Legal in the delivery of compliance programs
+ Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams in a fast-paced environment
+ Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary
