    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Materials Management and Transportation Manager** (level K) to join the **Fulfillment 737 North Line team** located in **Everett and Harbour Pointe, WA.

     

    The Fulfillment 737 North Line team has a First Line Leader opportunity. There will be limited but required training in Renton. There will also be driving between the Everett Factory and Harbour Pointe Warehouse during the shift. We are seeking a motivated, people leaders who want to be part of this exciting time in our company's history.

     

    Primary location Harbour Pointe (Mukilteo). Primary responsibilities include oversight of the warehouse building, set-up, inventory management and process flow.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Managing day-to-day operations and team members to ensure the accurate and on-time delivery of critical parts and components.

    + Strong understanding of logistics, quality control, and compliance

    + Manage and integrate employees’ activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation.

    + Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.

    + Acquire resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.

    + Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

    + Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

    + Manage, develop and motivate employees.

    + Team leadership and development

    + Operational oversight

    + Performance management

    + Safety and continuous improvements

    + Inventory management

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment

    + 3-5 years experience leading and managing teams in a dynamic environment

    + 3-5 years of continuous experience with inventory software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience

    Summary Pay Range: **$114,000-$140,000**
