The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Organization is looking for an **Entry-Level** **Flight Test Engineer** in **Berkeley, MO** for the F18 and F15 flight test programs.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Plan, Author, and Coordinate various modifications across different teams and different sites
+ Work and manage different programs concurrently
+ Support the maintenance team with flight preparation sheets as required per maintenance
+ Support distributed test operations as required
+ Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customers
+ Develop flight test and mission profiles, develop and publish test plans, create flight test cards, and manage test schedules
+ Identify and coordinate the availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agencies
+ Establish test planning working groups, plan and conduct flight test readiness reviews, and conduct pre and post-test briefings
+ Conduct ground and flight tests in accordance with established test plans and procedures
+ Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution
+ Prepare and publish test summaries and test reports
+ Lead and prepare for remote site deployments
+ Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity
+ Apply lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures
+ Work under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
+ Cumulative 3.3 or higher GPA
+ Experience with previous internships and\or research and development projects
+ Willing and able to travel up to 25-50% of the time both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ An active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
+ Experience working in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment
+ Experience with test planning and execution
+ Experience operating and/or maintaining aircraft (e.g. student or private pilot license, aircraft maintenance experience, etc.)

This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $68,000-$92,000

Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
