As a **Security Professional Unarmed Logistics Patrol** in **Nashville, TN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your presence will help to create a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. You will remain visible, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding our core values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or theft.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities as directed by Allied Universal policies.

+ Assist with access control procedures for visitors, contractors, and employees as required by site protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
