    WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

     

    Our **Expert, Product Line Manager – Nike Accessories** will work closely with product management teammates across sports and product engines as well as cross-functional teams in merchandising, design, development, sourcing, costing, operations, sales, and marketing to implement the Accessories strategic vision for the athlete*. They will report to the Product Director of Bags, Headwear, or Socks and collaborate with the Sport offense teams to bring the Athlete* uniform to life. The candidate will engage with entrepreneurial individuals across the newly formed Accessories organization who think creatively, adapt quickly, and embody the irreverent mindset that defines Nike.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are seeking an accomplished product expert to join our Accessories team and work on socks, bags or headwear. With a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams—including Merchandising, Design, and Development—through the entire product creation process, from initial brief to final product approval, this individual excels at managing complex workflows and ensuring effective collaboration between diverse partners. They always deliver on key milestones and embody the spirit of a dedicated teammate. They are responsible for shaping seasonal and multi-year product strategies that meet business goals and developing insightful, compelling product briefs from key athlete* insights that inspire action. With a sharp eye on consumer needs and competitive dynamics, the ideal candidate brings market-leading products to life that inspire athletes* worldwide. Day-to-day, they lead team meetings, drive accountability to deadlines, and obsess the consumer, marketplace, and product landscape. They foster a culture of excellence that ensures every product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

    The Product Expert will:

    + Drive the product vision across the full value chain, from concept to market.

    + Confidently tell product stories that communicate vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.

    + Serve as a collaborative teammate and mentor, cultivating excellence across the team.

    + Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities across consumer, product, and process and proactively innovate and evolve to drive the business forward.

    What you bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in product management, merchandising, business administration or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

    + 10+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or a related field.

    + A track record of optimism, dedication, and curiosity along with a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

     

    The Global Accessories product creation team is responsible for managing the socks, headwear, bags, and equipment product portfolio. These roles involve leading and owning all aspects of the product creation process for a specific product portfolio, ensuring profitability while delivering innovative solutions that exceed consumer expectations. You will ensure cross-functional alignment and drive the offense from line planning through final product approval. You will research products, consumers, and the marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data and build and maintain product tools. You will deliver on key dates and drive accountability across the team and throughout the process

    You will:

    + Be the voice of our consumer, keeping your finger on the pulse of relevant trends with an emphasis on sport and streetwear culture through the lens of Accessories.

    + Create impactful presentations that enable assortment and sell-in.

    + Help create the uniform of the athlete* while also being responsible for growing the business.

    + Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires drive, passion, creativity, and curiosity.

    + Solve athlete* problems with market-leading product solutions.

    + Drive brand distinction by making epic product that make athletes* better.
