What You’ll Do As Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations and compassionate care provided at Mary’s Haven. Key responsibilities include: + Lead and manage a caring team of staff and volunteers + Evaluate and admit potential residents and support their families + Develop and coordinate individual care plans with hospice professionals + Ensure 24/7 program coverage using volunteers and per diem staff + Provide or coordinate spiritual and emotional support + Maintain accurate program records and communication + Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers What You Bring + Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required) + 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations + Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred + Strong leadership and communication skills + Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance + Comfort with medical settings, including exposure to blood and bodily fluids Schedule & Compensation + Part-time: 28 hours/week + Pay range: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour + Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays required based on program needs Benefits & Perks We value our team and offer benefits that support work-life balance and personal well-being.
