    The Sr. Financial Analyst - Program will focus on planning and analyzing revenue, developing analytics for revenue streams, and conducting scenario planning to support financial decision-making. Beyond creating financial reports, the role involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. This role will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting on top-line performance to enhance strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of applying core financial principles to solve complex challenges while driving impactful decision-making.

    Essential Functions:

    + Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate revenue opportunities, including tuition subsidies, grants, federal food programs and other strategic initiatives.

    + Partner with cross-functional teams, including the Subsidy Team, Grants & Funding Compliance, and Food Services to ensure alignment on financial strategies, compliance requirements, and program profitability.

    + Conduct scenario modeling and risk analysis to assess the financial impact of market changes, competitor performance, and economic trends.

    + Analyze large datasets to identify trends, summarize insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

    + Prepare and evaluate business cases for new programs or pilot initiatives, providing recommendations for scaling or optimization.

    + Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and school-level impacts.

    + Support month-end close activities by reconciling financial metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing performance trends.

    + Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational performance.

    + Provide financial literacy training and technical support to colleagues, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.

    Minimum Job Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field required.

    + 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.

    Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

    + Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.

    + Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

    + Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.

    + Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.

    + Flexible and open to change, especially in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

    + Ability to plan for the future and setting long-term goals while anticipating potential challenges.

    + Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions quickly.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    + Skilled in PowerBI, APT, or similar tools.

    + Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and internal teams.

    + Background in multi-unit operations, retail, or education is preferred but not required.

    + Critical thinker with adaptability, collaboration skills, and a commitment to driving results.

    Travel:

    5%

    Compensation and Benefits:

    + Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.

    + Base salary range: $95,000 - $100,000

    + This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
