    Responsibilities for a Claims Representative include but are not limited to:

    + Process Notional Account claims by reviewing, researching, investigating, and adjusting according to plan design.

    + Research eligibility information and authorize appropriate payments or refer claims for further investigation as needed.

    + Conduct data entry and re-work while identifying and reporting claim trends.

    + Apply established policies and procedures to process claims efficiently and accurately.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of claim processing tasks.

    + Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

    Candidates for the Claims Representative position must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High School Diploma or GED (required).

    + 1+ year of experience in claims processing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

    + Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior healthcare or insurance industry experience.

    + Knowledge of claim adjudication processes and eligibility criteria.

    + Location: 100% Remote (Telecommute)

    **Pay Details:** $23.41 per hour
