    Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position, **primarily operating remote** .

    Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

    + Project management and coordination from start to finish.

    + Working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels/refreshes, and other projects.

    + Hold vendors accountable through written and verbal communications.

    + Lead conference calls between store team and vendors.

    + Invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba.

    + Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause of failed issue/prototype.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:

    + College Degree preferred

    + 1-2 years of project coordination/management (construction, retail, or related industries preferred)

    + Experience with vendor management

    + Experienced with Smartsheet

    + Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities

    + Must possess strong time management and communication skills

    + Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software

    **Pay Details:** $30.00 to $32.85 per hour
