    Job Title:** **Yard Attendant

    **Location:** Yorktown, VA

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $16.00/hr.

     

    About the Role

     

    Adecco is seeking a **Yard Attendant** to join our team in Yorktown, VA! This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining organization and safety, and has a passion for vehicles. As a Yard Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the success of our vehicle auction process.

    What You’ll Do

    + Check in vehicles and record key information accurately

    + Clean and detail vehicles to enhance appearance for auction (training provided)

    + Safely move vehicles around the yard and participate in drive-through auctions

    + Recover keys, license plates, and other vehicle items and store them properly

    + Assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner

    + Learn and train on forklift and loader operation

    + Maintain safety awareness while working around heavy equipment and vehicles

    What We’re Looking For

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Prior experience in automotive, warehousing, or construction environments preferred

    + Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills

    + Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in all weather conditions

    + Comfortable performing physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and kneeling

    + Safety-focused and dependable with a positive attitude

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
