Responsibilities for a _Trust Admin Assistant_ include but are not limited to:
• Coordinates information and activities with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, Fiduciary Accountants, third party vendors, etc.) and with internal support partners (FAs, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups and Trust Administration, etc.) as needed.
• Responsible for routine administrative duties, such as performing account maintenance, account opening processes, money movement and tax related transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, filing, copying, ordering supplies, making and answering telephone calls, writing routine letters/e-mails and other tasks as required to administer accounts and serve client needs.
Candidates for _Trust Admin Assistant_ must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 1-3 years of Administrative Assist experience, preferably within banking or finance.
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

**Pay Details:** $19.60 per hour
