Facilities Technician – Temporary (Potential for Permanent) $20 - $23/hr
Schedule:
+ **Full-time:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
+ **Part-time option:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
**Reports To:** EHS & Facilities Manager
Position Summary
Adecco is seeking a hands-on **Facilities Technician** to support upkeep and maintenance at our manufacturing and machine shop facility. This temporary role focuses on daily maintenance, preventive tasks, and facility projects. The right candidate may be considered for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform light facility maintenance and repairs (painting, minor carpentry, fixture replacement, etc.)
+ Support building refresh projects and day-to-day facility upkeep
+ Conduct basic preventive maintenance and routine inspections (e.g., lighting, air filters, safety checks)
+ Assist with exterior upkeep as needed
+ Assemble furniture and support workspace moves or equipment reconfiguration
+ Respond to general facility work requests promptly
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
Requirements
+ General handyman/maintenance skills (painting, carpentry, light electrical, basic plumbing)
+ Ability to safely lift 50–75 lbs. and work from ladders
+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
+ Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, etc.) for extended periods
+ Willingness to perform repetitive upkeep tasks as needed
+ Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with direction

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
