**Adecco** is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Linguist** to join a corporate Enterprise Language Accessibility (ELA) team. As a Specialist, you'll play an important role in making sure all multilingual customer communications are accurate, compliant, and culturally appropriate. You'll work alongside a top-caliber management team that ensures consistency across all lines of business.

+ **Location:** Fully Remote
+ **Shift:** Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
+ Ensure high-quality delivery of Spanish translation services in strict adherence to organizational standards, policy, and compliance practices.
+ Provide linguistic expertise for project delivery support to Project Managers, customers, and key stakeholders across diversified lines of business.
+ Consistently and appropriately apply CAT tools, machine translation, and linguistic assets (glossaries, term bases, style guides) for efficient delivery.
+ Read source English documents (legal, marketing, business, and operations content) to determine the intent and ensure the target Spanish language mirrors the corporate voice and cultural appropriateness.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements within the translation and quality assurance workflow.
+ Meet with key stakeholders or performers required to complete high-priority translation requests, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
+ Fluency in both English and Spanish (required to successfully carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form in either language).
+ 3+ years of professional English-to-Spanish translation experience.
+ 1-2 years of Spanish linguist experience in the financial services, legal, or marketing industry.
+ At least 3 years of experience using Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools and machine translation platforms.
+ At least 3 years of experience using linguistic assets such as glossaries, term bases, or style guides.
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
+ Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings, due to varying project volumes and global partner deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ American Translators Association (ATA) Certified: English to Spanish.
+ Additional language translation experience (e.g., Portuguese, French, Arabic).
+ Experience in Process Management or Quality Assurance within a linguistic setting.
+ Prior English work experience in Legal, Banking, and/or Business documentation **.**

**Pay Details:** $50.63 per hour
