Responsibilities for a Logistics Coordinator include but are not limited to:

+ Execute product transportation efficiently and effectively by leveraging available tools and processes to surpass service expectations

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, carriers, facilities, and deployment

+ Demonstrate initiative and make informed decisions independently, escalating issues as necessary

+ Manage planning anomalies and analyze non-routine problems

+ Create fully optimized freight orders and perform initial carrier selection

+ Manage on-time pick-up and delivery schedules and track shipments in transit

+ Maintain accurate data and appointment management

+ Foster strong working relationships with internal and external customers

+ Handle confidential information with discretion

+ Perform other assigned tasks including meetings, projects, travel, and training

Candidates for Logistics Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ High School Diploma required; college education preferred

+ Transportation and/or logistics experience preferred

+ Experience in a tactical and fast-paced office environment

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to handle shifting priorities and thrive in a team environment

+ Analytical thinking, decision-making, and good judgment

**Pay Details:** $23.52 per hour
