**Adecco Healthcare & Life Science** is working with our client in _San Antonio, Texas_ to hire Customer Service Representatives for their facility. This is an in-person/on-site role.
**Type:** Contract - with possible extension/direct -hire
**Hours:** Monday - Friday 8a-5p
**Pay Range:** $18-$19.05/hour - based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
+ Ability to work with a call schedule to accomplish end goal of setting patients up for preventative health screenings
+ Must be able to handle a high-volume of calls (50+/day)
+ Providing outstanding customer service
Requirements Include:
+ HS Diploma or GED
+ Strong computer experience/knowledge
+ Medical terminology and EMR experience strongly preferred
+ Experience with patient scheduling preferred

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.05 per hour
