Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Warehouse Support)
This is not a typical call center job; you will be working directly in a warehouse environment to support real-time delivery operations.
**Responsibilities** for a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative** include but are not limited to:
+ **Real-Time Dispatch Support:** Maintain phone contact with **driver teams** during deliveries, providing troubleshooting to **solve issues** as they arise, and helping the teams **stay on schedule** .
+ **Bilingual Customer De-escalation:** Act as a communication **bridge** by speaking with customers to explain delays or resolve conflicts, providing clarity and **de-escalation** support in both **Spanish and English** .
+ **End-of-Day Operations:** Guide returning driver teams through warehouse check-in procedures, ensuring correct drop-off of materials (trash/haul-aways) and proper communication with **Costco staff** .
+ **Team Documentation:** Work alongside the Lead CSR to cover phones, **track updates** , and accurately **document** delivery issues or exceptions for the operations manager.
**Candidates** for **Bilingual Customer Service Representative** must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ **Bilingual Fluency:** Must be **fluent in Spanish and English** , with the ability to speak and understand both languages confidently for effective de-escalation.
+ **Communication & Assertiveness:** Must be a **strong and confident communicator** —assertive enough to stay calm and firm with driver teams in a **fast-paced environment** .
+ **Dependability & Flexibility:** Must be **dependable** and flexible to work rotating shifts (First and Second Shift) and be available to work both **Fridays and Saturdays** .
+ **Technical Skills:** Comfortable using the phone all day and possessing **basic computer skills** (email, Excel, GPS tracking tools).

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
