    This is a full time remote position in Scottsdale, AZ. This position may require monthly onsite work days.

    Position Summary

    CVS Health is currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in a Senior Analyst role. This position will primarily work with internal rebate and legal teams gathering and redacting rebate manufacturer contracts. The Senior Analyst is responsible for coordinating, managing, tracking, reviewing, researching, and redacting rebate manufacturer contracts in support of Client Initiated Rebate Audits. In this position, the Senior Analyst will work closely with clients, various auditors, the client account team, legal, and many other internal departments to ensure the completion of requested audits with consistency and minimal disruption to the business. This position needs to be able to manage multiple projects at the same time with short turnaround times. This position will also be responsible for leading and executing a limited number rebate audits across all lines of business. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of exceptions identified during the audit process, specifically related to rebates. Skills must include abilities to analytically identify, track and review large datasets.

    As a Senior Analyst of Client Audit, you will be responsible for the following:

    + Work directly with rebate and legal teams

    + Work directly with the Third Party auditors, the client, and all the internal business areas involved in the audit.

    + Needs to be able to juggle all competing priorities

    + Coordinate, manage, and track all manufacturer contracts

    + Review and research questions related contracts

    + Raise the appropriate items to senior leaders and doing so timely

    + Documenting correspondence with internal partners and auditors

    + Tracking all contracts to ensure that the rebates team is prepared to share contracts in support of all Client Initiated Rebate Audits by the onsite/virtual audit date

    + Coordinate, manage, track the audits from start to closure

    + Work with the team to resolve any alleged issues, working strategically and achieving results

    The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    + Knowledge or background of pharmacy rebates

    + Ability to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged

    + Critical thinking

    + Easily adapting to change

    + Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    + Strong Project Management skills that include the ability to adapt and deal effectively in dynamic, possibly unpredictable, environments while efficiently managing multiple projects from initiation through to completion

    + Ability to interact effectively with internal partners

    + Strong ability to maintain attention to detail and organizational skills

    Required Qualifications

    + 1+ years of prior relevant experience in audit or project management

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Past project management experience is desired.

    + High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce

    Education

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $46,988.00 - $102,000.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
