    Position Summary

    Sr Manager, Pharmacy Ops will work very closely with operations to assist in the development of strategy of the therapy. They will provide process support for operations with the goal of finding efficiencies, increase satisfaction and service while decreasing cost where opportunities are available. This position will also have responsibilities for managing and participating in complex, cross-functional projects with end points of increased revenue, improved margin, cost reduction, or improved client or member experience. The Sr manager will have oversight of a team of program managers and will be responsible for their growth and development.

     

    _25% travel may be required for this role_

    Required Qualifications

    + 7+ years leadership experience in process improvement, operations analysis, or management; process management experience in health care preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives.

    + Effective interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to identify, define and communicate business needs and operational gaps.

    + Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical information and instruction. Collects data, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions.

    + Proven ability to manage moderate projects and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation.

    + Some experience utilizing project delivery methodology with supporting management practices like risk management, change management, scope management, time management and quality mgmt.

    + Extensive knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy business processes and systems. Ability to quickly learn about other business lines across the enterprise where required.

    Education

    + Bachelors degree or equivalent operations or project management experience required.

     

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $75,400.00 - $165,954.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
