Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney with experience in insurance defense litigation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and committed to providing exceptional legal representation in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Represent clients in insurance defense matters, including no-fault and general liability claims.

+ Draft, review, and revise motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and recommendations.

+ Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.

+ Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.

+ Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

+ Maintain strict compliance with ethical and professional standards.

+ Ensure timely, high-quality work product while meeting billable hour and deadline requirements.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

+ Admitted to practice law in the state of Michigan.

+ 1+ years of experience in civil litigation
