    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

    • Perform accurate data entry to maintain customer records and order information.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and manage customer-related documentation.

    • Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

    • Schedule appointments to support customer needs and company operations.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes.

    • Uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions.

     

    Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

     

    • Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

    • Experience in managing email correspondence effectively.

    • Ability to handle order entry and scheduling tasks efficiently.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
