    Description A highly regarded company in Bensalem is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a possible temporary to hire opportunity. This position is 100% on site and will start immediately. In this role you will work closely with Outside Sales Reps and Inside Customer Service to establish and maintain good customer relationships. You will also be responsible for providing customer service to dealers with respect to billing, payments and all financial matters.

    Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

    • Monitor accounts and incoming payments.

    • Perform verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data (Cash, Checks, CC, ACH, Transfers

    • Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions, from lock box and local deposits.

    • Verify and resolve discrepancies or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.

    • Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues and questions.

    • Prepare and manage invoices, printing, mailing, and bank deposits.

    • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.

    • Processes and verifies weekly invoices sent to Flooring companies (WF, NP) for funding.

    • Make sure that all payments are properly posted.

    • Assist in preparing monthly statements and reports.

    • Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status.

    • Assist in the Approval process of the daily shipments (CC, Flooring).

    • Handles Employee Purchases in accordance with Hoshino's Employee Purchase Program.

    Qualifications:

    1+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role

     

    Very good understanding of basic accounting principles

     

    Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in a timely manner

     

    Proficient data entry skills along with aptitude for numbers

     

    1+ years of experience with operating spreadsheets

     

    Proficiency in English and in MS Office, Excel

     

    Critical thinker and problem solving, with good communication and writing skills

    Must be a team player
