Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to support essential human resources functions while ensuring compliance and administrative accuracy. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on high-volume tasks and thrives in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of I-9 forms and organize employee files to meet compliance standards.

• Manage the HR inbox, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.

• Monitor and enforce credentialing compliance to adhere to established regulations.

• Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

• Perform administrative tasks related to human resources, including maintaining records and handling high-volume workloads.

• Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and maintain data integrity.

• Utilize HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite tools to track and manage employee information.

• Assist with background checks and employment verification processes. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of basic employment laws.

• Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in high-volume environments.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of onboarding processes and compliance-related practices.

• Task-oriented mindset with a focus on completing assignments thoroughly.
