    • What You’ll Do

    + Schedule, route, and dispatch drivers to meet delivery timelines and client needs.

    + Track driver progress and communicate route changes in real time.

    + Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to manage loads, returns, and equipment needs.

    + Update dispatching systems, logs, and reports throughout each shift.

    + Handle customer calls with professionalism — solving issues before they become problems.

    + Support management with metrics and performance reporting.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination.

    + Strong communication and multitasking skills — you keep calm under pressure.

    + Familiarity with dispatching software or GPS tracking tools.

    + Excellent time management and quick problem-solving abilities.

    + A collaborative attitude — you’re at your best when the team’s at its best.
