Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Duboistown, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a passion for helping people find their next home, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and inquiries

+ Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner

+ Process lease applications and conduct resident screenings

+ Maintain accurate resident and leasing records

+ Assist with marketing efforts to promote available units

+ Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents

+ Collaborate with property management to ensure a smooth leasing process

Requirements

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

+ 1–3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service roles

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar is a plus)

+ Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
