    Here is what you will be doing:

    + Unload pipe from railcars and load trucks

    + Operate or move equipment around the yard and shop

    + Assist leadership with other assignments as required

    + Deliver pipe to well locations with the Clean and Drift Pipe Inspectors

    + Professional interaction and collaboration with other Savage Team Members and customers

    Requirements of a successful Equipment Operator :

    + Work any shift, including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

    + Flexibility and ability to work on various shop, maintenance, and yard tasks

    + Experience in operation of Pettibone, front-end loaders, material handler, and other equipment are a plus

    + Read, write, and understand English, follow written and/or verbal instruction, and possess basic math and computer skills

    + Able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors(s), adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules

    + Reliable, honest and demonstrate integrity while working with a sense of urgency

    Education/Experience:

    + High School or GED

    + 2-5 years of oil field experience preferred, but not required

    Physical Requirements:

    + Work in adverse conditions (heat and cold)

    + Handle heavy parts and pieces of equipment

    + Climb on and off the equipment

    + Lift 50 lbs. or more independently
