    **POSITION SUMMARY** :

     

    As Assistant Manager, Brand Communications, you’ll support the development and execution of our brand communications strategy and campaigns for the Osteo Bi-Flex and GARD brands. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to executional excellence of our plans, including accountability for communications. This role is accountable for championing the brand’s identity and knowing the consumer deeply to create consistent and impactful communications across touchpoints.

     

    This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

     

    **RESPONSIBILITIES** :

    Brand Communication Strategy:

    + Support the development of omnichannel communication strategies that align with business objectives

    + Assist in translating business strategies into clear and actionable communication briefs

    + Collaborate with various departments, including Brand Management, Community & Culture, PR, Media, and Shopper (among others), to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging

    + Coordinate communication projects and help ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand look, tone, feel and guidelines

    + Monitor and analyze communication campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

    + Assist in preparing campaign recaps and presentations for cross-functional and leadership teams

    + Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation

    Campaign Execution

    + Support campaign execution across paid media, organic social, influencer content, website, email, blogs, and e-commerce. Create detailed annual communications calendars and monthly content plans and oversee execution across touchpoints

    + Support the briefing and reviewing of all campaign deliverables across touchpoints ensuring best practices are met

    + Day-to-day influencer management including content reviews and Regulatory approvals

    + Execution of HCP strategy through influencers/partnerships and Medical Hub initiatives

    + Paid Media Trafficking—own QA/Review of creative and copy including management of internal asset hygiene tool

    + Support key eCommerce and Retail Media content needs, overseeing content development and implementation

    + Own Medical, Legal and Regulatory relationship and reviews of content/programs through live routes and content hub approval flow

    + Support Loyalty program and agency relationship

    + Lead weekly project status meetings to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns

    REQUIREMENTS:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

    + 3+ years of related experience, with 1+ year of that experience in brand communications, marketing, or related role (agency or brand)

    + Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate business objectives into communication plans

    + Experience leading marketing communication projects including digital and media strategies

    + Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and or agency partners utilizing strong negotiation and relationship building skills

    + Proficiency in communication tools and platforms

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

    + Relationship building and collaboration across functions and with agencies

    + Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong organizational and project management skills

     

    The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000- $135,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
