Description We are looking for a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team in Bloomington, Illinois. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings and trials, ensuring their legal rights are protected.

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other required documentation.

• Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence and performing depositions.

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective case strategies and share insights.

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel to advance case objectives.

• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring less experienced attorneys and contributing to team development.

• Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and integrate knowledge into practice.

• Participate in philanthropic initiatives and community outreach aligned with the firm's values.

• Ensure compliance with all ethical and detail-oriented standards of legal practice.

• Utilize remote work options effectively when applicable, in accordance with company policy. Requirements • Licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation or civil litigation.

• Proven track record handling hearings and trials within the industrial commission.

• Strong ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision.

• Proficient in managing discovery processes and conducting depositions.

• Excellent research and analytical skills to support case preparation.

• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Self-motivated and capable of leading initiatives independently.

• Commitment to community engagement and social justice efforts.
