Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Sherman Oaks, California. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will play a vital role in onboarding, administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

• Administer daily HR operations such as maintaining employee records, processing forms, and responding to inquiries.

• Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility in compliance with company and legal standards.

• Manage and update the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee information and reporting.

• Monitor HR compliance by staying informed of relevant laws and regulations and implementing necessary updates.

• Collaborate with team members to support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related concerns.

• Generate reports and provide insights to management on HR metrics and workforce trends.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for HR-related services as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

• Proven expertise in onboarding processes and HR administration.

• Familiarity with conducting background checks and employment verifications.

• Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate records.

• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and applicable laws.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
