Description We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support a high-volume document review project with a leading non-profit organization. This is a Contract position based in El Segundo, California, and involves working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze a high volume of documents daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

• Utilize proprietary software to assign appropriate statuses to documents and escalate issues as needed.

• Monitor and manage assigned caseloads while adhering to strict deadlines and project timelines.

• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform tasks effectively and consistently.

• Ensure all reviewed documents meet compliance and program requirements.

• Communicate effectively to escalate any discrepancies or issues for resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report progress to supervisors regularly. Requirements • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, including booster, is required prior to the interview.

• All candidates are required to undergo a screening process before the interview.

• Availability to commit to the entire project duration without pre-scheduled conflicts.

• Demonstrated reliability, with consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or related fields is preferred.

• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they are not currently enrolled in school.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
