    We are looking for a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Garden View, PA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and keeping office operations running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner

    + Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff

    + Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper

    + Perform data entry, prepare documents, and update records as needed

    + Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office communications

    + Support other departments with administrative and clerical tasks

    + Monitor and order office supplies as necessary

    + Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

    + 1–3 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
