BRECOflex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to grow our footprint across key territories. In this field-based role, you’ll work directly with Distribution and MRO partners to deliver high-performance belt and drive solutions that minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. This outside sales role will cover the territories: Michigan, Northwest Ohio & Northern Indiana. Must-Have Qualifications + Valid driver’s license & clean driving record + Self-motivated with strong home-office discipline + In-field sales visits: 3–4 days/week + Overnight travel: ~50% + 2+ years in sales or application engineering (industrial, automotive, or MRO preferred) + CRM proficiency (desktop & mobile) + Excellent communication & presentation skills + Detail-oriented with a consultative approach + Reliable vehicle for business travel Preferred Experience + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field + 2+ years of outside sales in Distribution or MRO + Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Teams) + Familiarity with industrial maintenance cycles and terminology Key Responsibilities + Build and maintain strong Distributor and MRO relationships + Conduct on-site visits and recommend tailored solutions + Deliver product demos and troubleshoot belt systems + Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes + Plan travel efficiently to maximize account coverage + Identify growth opportunities and convert competitor accounts + Book travel and submit expense reports + Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs + Contribute to strategy and annual sales forecasting Work Environment + Remote/home office with regular field travel + Industrial settings: warehouses, offices, and manufacturing floors + Physical activity: walking, standing, sitting, on-site evaluations Compensations & Benefits + $75,000-$100,000 (Base + Commission) based on experience + FREE Medical Coverage for Employees + Dental, Vision, and Insurance + 401(k) with Company Match + Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts + Paid Time Off: Vacation, Personal, Sick Days + Disability & Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company Overview BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is a leading manufacturer of high-precision timing belts and drive components, serving a wide range of industries since 1989.
