(1557) APP - Surgical Salary Template
The APP practices independently and / or in collaboration with the physician(s) in inpatient and / or clinic settings, and in accordance with established protocols, to provide cost- effective, quality care that is individualized and developmentally appropriate. The APP performs physical assessments / examinations; develops diagnosis; formulates initiates, reinforces plans of care and /or treatments for resolution of the clinical problem(s) or to maintain health. The APP monitors and evaluates the plan of care, and makes revisions as needed, or initiates consultations / referrals when appropriate. The APP provides patient care within their legal scope of practice, hospital granted privileges, departmental job description, and their competency and according to hospital policy.
Position can be PA or NP
Education Requirements:
Bachelors: Nursing (Required), Masters: Nurse Practitioner, Masters: Physician Assistant
