The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, enthusiastic catering sales manager to our higher education team in Morgantown, WV. As a catering sales manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently to sell and produce events for a variety of market segments.

What you'll be doing:

+ Maintaining positive relationships with established event locations, and identifying potential new locations.

+ Responding to and acting on client questions and needs, including menu selections, logistics, and equipment acquisition.

+ Developing new client relationships and building on outreach opportunities.

+ Following up with clients after events to receive feedback.

What we're looking for:

_Must-haves:_

+ At least two years’ experience in event planning, sales, or event management.

+ At least one years’ experience in hospitality or catering.

+ Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

+ Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

_Nice-to-haves:_

+ College education in a relevant field

Compensation Range

$55,000 - 65,000
