    Responsibilities

    The Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

     

    + Ensure sales goals are attained

    + Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff

    + Ensure sales people are engaging with customers

    + Address and resolve customer concerns

    •Qualifications

    + Previous Automotive Sales Management experience a plus

    + Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI

    + Strong communication and customer engagement skills

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short term and/or long-term incentives as a part of total compensation, which includes commission off of department net, bonuses based on manufacturer approvability, total units, and flat rate hours. The total annual estimated earning range is $109,000-$243,600.

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
