Requirements:

We’re looking for individuals who love working with the public and can easily deliver an empathetic & compassionate approach. Candidates should possess strong written & verbal communication skills, love the thrill of being challenged to succeed, and enjoy working in a call center environment! This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, persistent, and able to perform at a fast pace. We do not cold call.

+ Previous call center and/or customer service experience REQUIRED

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution

+ Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer

+ Bilingual English/Spanish – A PLUS
