    What You’ll Do:

    As an Express Lube Advisor, you’ll be the first impression and the trusted voice between our customers and technicians. You’ll:

     

    + Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth

    + Listen actively and identify their service needs

    + Clearly communicate recommendations and solutions

    + Ensure every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction
