    A Snapshot of Your Day

     

    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **InstructionalContent Designer** to join our Training & Development team. This role is

    responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and

    learner-centric web-based training (WBT) modules tailored to a variety of

    audiences with differing levels of experience and technical proficiency. The

    ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult

    learning principles, and proficiency in eLearning development tools such as

    Articulate 360 and Storyline.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    + Design and develop interactive and visually engagingWBT modules for both technical and non-technical topics by collaborating withsubject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to assess learningneeds and define instructional goals.

    + Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)and adult learning theories to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

    + Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, andaligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Maintain andupdate existing training content to reflect changes in processes, technologies,or organizational priorities.

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education,Communication, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, orrelated roles, with proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360(Storyline, Rise), Story Creator, and other multimedia design software.

    + Experience designing for diverse learner audiences andadapting content for varying levels of technical expertise.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Strong project management andorganizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced environment.
