Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to join the Tech Operations Center (TOC) team in Plano, TX, supporting Client’s Software’s external customers. This role focuses on 24/7 production support and incident management, combined with hands-on DevOps and development responsibilities. Candidates should have a strong background in AWS and Python, along with solid troubleshooting and automation experience in large-scale production environments.

This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for engineers who can quickly identify and resolve issues, collaborate with development teams, and enhance system reliability through automation and DevOps best practices.

Job Description:

+ Provide incident management and troubleshooting support for production and development environments in a 24x7 operational setup.

+ Develop and maintain automation scripts and monitoring tools using Python (Scala or Java is a plus).

+ Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, CloudTrail, and Glue.

+ Work with YAML and JSON for configuration, deployment, and data management.

+ Leverage monitoring and analytics tools such as Snowflake or New Relic for performance and system insights.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize system performance.

+ Ensure compliance with security and operational standards while supporting mission-critical systems.

Required Skill:

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, incident management, or technical operations.

+ Strong AWS expertise (EC2, S3, CloudTrail, Glue).

+ Proficiency in Python scripting (Scala or Java is a plus).

+ Experience with YAML and JSON formats for automation/configuration.

+ Familiarity with Snowflake or New Relic for monitoring and analytics.

+ Proven ability to work in development and production environments simultaneously.
