**PositionOverview:** Join
our Smart Infrastructure team as our Financial Analyst reporting to the Plant
Controller to help us provide valuable and outstanding business services to our
customers! The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing cost data,
supporting inventory forecast, financial transparency and accuracy, internal
controls and adherence to KPI’s related to manufacturing operations. This is a hybrid work opportunity requiring 3 days onsite in our Heber Springs, Arkansas plant.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries, supportsmonthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting
+ Be responsible for product costing, analyzes andevaluates cost structure frequently to support our costing andprofitability strategies
+ Assists in monthly inventory forecast and quarterlyreconciliation of material ledgers and Balance Sheet to ensure inventoryintegrity
+ Assists in annual physical count of inventory forcompliance audit
+ Supports capex tracking actual spend vs budget andasset capitalization process to identify potential variances and ensurethey stay on schedule and within budget
+ Supports the process to drive consistency,standardization, and digitalization of financial reporting
+ Ensures adherence to all internal and externalfinancial reporting guidelines and audits
+ Ad-hoc analysis as needed and other duties as assigned
Youwill impress us with the following qualifications:
BasicQualifications:
+ BS in Accounting or Finance
+ Minimum 1+ years’ experience in an accounting position
+ **Legallyauthorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basiswithout company sponsorship now or in the future** .
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with ERP system-SAP and BI tools
+ Experience in manufacturing business, measurements andKPIs
+ Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize andmulti-task
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Highly skilled communication, presentation skills andstrong collaboration skills
