    Shift: Nights (11pm-7:30am)

     

    Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week

     

    Hiring Range : $18.74-$25.07

     

    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

     

    Responsibilities: • Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN). • Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport. • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. • Assists with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly. Assures resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.

    Education:

    • High School diploma/GED

    Licensure / Certification / Registration: • Required Credential(s):

    • Certified Nurse Aide credentialed from the New York Department of Health - Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    • BLS Provider. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
