    NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office.

     

    The Senior Lifecycle Management Specialist role is responsible for managing the insurance policyholder experience and driving retention through marketing efforts that increase engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role will focus on strategy and execution and is a good fit for someone who straddles operations, marketing, and customer experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES

    + Strategic Planning and Development

    + Execute policyholder lifecycle management strategies to drive growth and engagement.

    + Identify key areas for improvement in the policyholder lifecycle and retention process.

    + Program Management and Execution

    + Design, execute, and manage retention-focused programs across multiple channels and operating functions.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and customer experience) to address policyholder challenges and improve retention.

    + Monitor program performance and adjust strategies to ensure success.

    + Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables for retention projects.

    + Special projects as assigned.

    + Data Analysis and Reporting

    + Leverage data analytics to understand policyholder behaviors, preferences, and churn risks.

    + Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to policyholder retention.

    + Prepare and present detailed reports on retention outcomes to stakeholders.

    + Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

    + Partner with peers in Marketing, Consumer Experience, Sales, Operations, and IT to align retention efforts.

    + Communicate project progress, insights, and results to internal stakeholders.

    + Foster a culture of collaboration to improve the overall policyholder experience.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    + Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving and execution skills

    + Analytical skills using policyholder data to identify trends, areas for improvement and drive decision-making

    + Creative thinking to conceptualize innovative retention initiatives

    + Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously while delivering on time and within budget

    + Ability to lead cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, finance, IT and operations

    + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

    + Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field

    + 8 years Related Work experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations Management or Product Management

    + Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.

    + Preferred Qualifications

    + MBA or Master's

    + Experience in subscription-based industry (e.g. - insurance, fintech, consumer goods)

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT / MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    This is primarily an office job. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending and lifting (up to 15 pounds). Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal

    We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $129,234.00 - Mid: $161,542.00- Max: $193,849.00
