As a Security Guard serving both Mercy Medical Center and St. Joseph Hospital, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff across two award-winning campuses.

    Job Details

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Responding promptly to emergencies and security incidents

    + Controlling facility access and ensuring only authorized personnel enter

    + Conducting regular patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas

    + Assisting with fire safety inspections and staff education

    + Providing courteous support and assistance to patients, staff, and visitors

    + Preparing clear and timely incident reports

    Job Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + NYS Security Guard License (required)

    + Valid NYS Driver’s License (required)

    + BLS & AED Certification (required)

    + One year of security experience preferred (hospital setting a plus)

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

     

    Salary Range

     

    Starting from USD $29.68/Hr.
