Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Information Technology Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Business Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, propose effective solutions that drive organizational success, ensure achievement of technical gates, and manage vendor contracts.
Reporting to the IT Manufacturing Senior Manager, the person in this role will support Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities departments to:
+ Provide the best possible process, tools & information to create a safe working environment for our team members,
+ Ensure that all reporting requirements to TMC & external agencies are met for Safety Incidents,
+ Track medical restrictions to ensure team members perform duties within their medically diagnosed limitations,
+ Ensure our facilities have tools to monitor safe temperature levels and air cleanliness.
What you’ll be doing
+ Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
+ Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
+ Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
+ Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
+ Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
+ Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
+ Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
+ Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions for effectiveness.
+ Manage vendor contracts.
+ Assist business stakeholders to achieving IT requirements such as Security requirements.
What you bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
Added bonus if you have
+ Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
+ 1-2 years of experience of related in software development
+ 1-2 of experience in supporting manufacturing operations
+ Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies.
+ Knowledge of project management principles, especially Agile/Scrum.
